General Doody will remove dog waste from all areas of your property, including front, back, and side yards. 

We will double-bag the waste and place it in the customer's trash can. If a trash can is not available, we will carefully place it on the side of the house. A photo will be provided to confirm the placement.

Absolutely—we love animals! 

However, we ask that if you have an aggressive animal, you keep it inside during cleaning. 

For the safety of our crew, we reserve the right to refuse service if any dog is deemed aggressive during the servicing. 

Yes - Even if it is snowing/raining we will still service your property. 

However, we reserve the right to cancel or pause operations if lightning or thunder is present to ensure the safety of our technicians. 

• We clean all equipment with kennel-grade disinfectant
• Take gate pictures after we're done servicing - to ensure no loose pets
• All technicians are thoroughly background-checked
• We will double-bag all pet waste

No - We operate much like other garbage collection services and optimize routing to better service our customers.

Yes - we will text approximately 1 hour before arriving at your property if you need to put your pet inside.
